Festival Paddler Registration/Waiver Form
for 2022 Participants

This waiver must be submitted prior to paddling with the Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival and is only valid during the festival weekend.

Registration Instructions:

1. Registration is to be completed by the member who will paddle on water with team.
2. Fields marked ‘*’ Red requires field to be filled.
3. Enter contact information.
4. Review your information is correct.
5. After reviewing, press the “Submit”.
6. Check your email for registration confirmation.
7. Your team has been assigned a Team ID and is important to remember as this will be used to link you to your team’s roster.
